Changed your mind? 14-day returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all pieces included. For hygiene reasons, sponges, puffs and brushes that have been used can't be returned unless they are faulty.
You pay the cost of shipping the return to us. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 10 business days, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Faulty or damaged items: 6-month guarantee
If anything arrives damaged, or develops a defect within 6 months of delivery, we'll replace it or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we'll cover the return shipping. Please email us a photo of the problem so we can sort it out quickly.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong colour or item, let us know within 14 days and we'll send the correct one at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email us at jackontha.mapheto100@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us, because we can't process returns we weren't expecting.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost any time before it ships. Just email us your order number.
This policy doesn't limit any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
