What's inside
- 6-piece makeup brush set: 2 large brushes for powder and blush, 2 medium and 2 small for contour, concealer and eyes. Soft bristles with glossy red handles.
- Electric brush cleaner: a clear cleaning cup with a brush holder on top. Add water and a little cleanser, put your brushes in, and press the button.

Shipping & delivery
- We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
- Orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of being placed.
- You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
- Deliveries can take a little longer during Black Friday and December.
Returns & refunds
- Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Faulty or damaged? We'll replace it or refund you within 6 months of delivery, and we cover the return shipping.
- Wrong colour or item? We'll send the right one at no cost.
- For hygiene reasons, used sponges, puffs, brushes and face masks can't be returned unless they're faulty.
- Refunds are paid within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
Product care
- Sponges & puffs: wash every few uses with mild soap and lukewarm water, squeeze out gently and air-dry.
- Brushes: wash weekly with gentle soap. Dry them with the bristles pointing down so water doesn't loosen the glue.
- Electric brush cleaner: follow the instructions in its box. Don't put the base in water.
- Face masks: for external use only. Patch-test first if you have sensitive skin, and check the ingredients on the pack.
- Headband & wristbands: machine-wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air-dry.

Is it a good gift?

Wet or dry sponges?
Both. Use them damp for a natural, dewy finish, or dry for more coverage and for setting powder.
Can I change colour after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at herbeautystandards@gmail.com with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn't arrived after 14 business days, contact us and we'll find it.
